Text
(1)Any obligee of the city has the
right, in addition to all other rights which may be conferred on such obligee, subject
only to any contractual restrictions binding upon such obligee:
(a)By mandamus, suit, action, or proceeding in law or equity, all of which
may be joined in one action, to compel the performance by the city and any officer,
agent, or employee of the city of every term, provision, and covenant contained in
any trust indenture, mortgage, lease, or other agreement relating to a housing
project to which the city is a party, and to require the carrying out of any or all
covenants and agreements and the fulfillment of all duties imposed upon the city
by this part 1;
(b)By suit, action, or proceeding in equity to enjoin any acts or things which
may be unlawful, or
