Text
All proceeds received from the sale of the bonds,
all moneys received from the federal government, and all revenues received by any
city from any housing project shall be paid to the financial officer of the city
designated for such purposes, who shall not commingle any such money received
with any other moneys but shall deposit same in a separate account in the name of
the city in any depository authorized in section 24-75-603, C.R.S.
