Text
As used in this part 1, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Authority or housing authority means an authority established in
accordance with the provisions of part 2 of this article and any amendments or
supplements thereto.
(2)Bonds means bonds, interim receipts, or other obligations of a city
issued by its council pursuant to this part 1 or pursuant to any other law as
supplemented by or in conjunction with this part 1.
(3)City means any city or incorporated town which is included within the
boundaries of a housing authority.
(4)Community facilities means real and personal property, buildings and
equipment for recreational or social assemblies, for educational, health, or welfare
purposes, and necessary utilities, when designed primarily for the benefit and use
