Text
Upon notice to each member of the board, the board
shall hold meetings which shall be held in a place to be designated by the board as
often as the needs of the district require. The meetings of the board shall be
subject to the provisions of part 4 of article 6 of title 24, C.R.S. The board shall act
by resolution or motion.
