§ 29-25-103 — Definitions

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1)Board means the board of directors of a local marketing district.
(2)Combination means any two or more local governments.
(3)District means a local marketing district formed under the provisions of this article.
(4)Local government means any county, city and county, or municipality.
(5)Operating plan means the operating plan approved under section 29-25-110.
(6)Publication has the same meaning as that set forth in section 32-1-103
(15), C.R.S.
(7)Service area means the area described in the ordinance, resolution, or contract creating a district pursuant to this article. Such area may not include territory outside of the boundaries of the members of the combination, may not include territory within the bo
