Text
(1)The authority shall be
governed by a board of directors which shall consist of seven members. Three
members shall be appointed by the Pueblo county board of county commissioners,
three members shall be appointed by the city council of the city of Pueblo, and one
shall be jointly appointed by the Pueblo county board of county commissioners and
the Pueblo city council. The members shall serve for terms of four years; except
that the members first appointed shall serve terms as follows:
(a)Of the members appointed by the Pueblo county board of county
commissioners, one shall serve a term of one year, one shall serve a term of two
years, and one shall serve a term of three years.
(b)Of the members first appointed by the city council of the city of Pueblo,
