Text

Each statutory local government, special district, and requesting home rule jurisdiction shall designate one or more liaisons who shall coordinate with the department regarding the collection of its sales or use tax. This coordination may include the liaison identifying businesses eligible to collect the sales or use tax in its jurisdiction and any other administrative details identified by the department.
