Text
The peace
officers of the city, town, county, or city and county or the duly authorized
representatives of the local licensing authority authorized to enforce the provisions
of this article 11.8, while engaged in performing their duties and while acting under
proper orders or regulations, shall have and exercise all the powers vested in peace
officers of the state, including the power to arrest and the authority to issue
summonses for violations of the provisions of this article 11.8.
