(1)No license provided by this
article 11.8 shall be issued to or held by:
(a)Any corporation, any of whose officers, directors, or stockholders holding
over ten percent of the issued or outstanding capital stock thereof are not of good
moral character;
(b)Any partnership, association, or company, any of whose officers, or any of
whose members holding more than ten percent interest therein, are not of good
moral character;
(c)Any person employing, assisted by, or financed in whole or in part by any
other person who is not of good moral character;
(d)A peace officer or any of the local licensing authority's inspectors or
employees;
(e)Any person unless the person is of good moral character.
