Text
(1)No person shall hold himself or herself
out to the public as an escort, or accept compensation as an escort, without having
first secured a license therefor from the local licensing authority.
(2)No person shall conduct, manage, or carry on an escort bureau without
having first secured a license therefor from the local licensing authority.
(3)No person shall represent himself or herself as an escort bureau runner,
or accept compensation as an escort bureau runner, without having first secured a
license therefor from the local licensing authority.
(4)Licenses issued under this article 11.8 shall be valid only within the
boundaries of the local licensing authority.
