Text
Basic emergency service is regulated by the commission
under article 15 of title 40. The commission may promulgate rules to implement this
part 1 and to resolve disputes regarding the collection, payment, remittance, and
audit of the emergency telephone charge, 911 surcharge. The commission rules may
impose penalties as provided by this part 1 and by articles 1 to 7 and 15 of title 40.
