Text
(1)Within thirty days after receiving a written request from the division of local
government, a political subdivision shall provide the division with a current list of all
contracts in effect with other political subdivisions. The list must contain the names
of the contracting political subdivisions, the nature of the contract, and the
expiration date thereof.
(2)Within ten days after the execution of a contract establishing a separate
governmental entity pursuant to section 29-1-204, or an amendment or a
modification thereof, the contracting local governments shall file a copy of such
contract, amendment, or modification with the division.
(3)Failure to make any filing under this section does not invalidate any
contract referred to in this section.
