Text
(1)The board shall fix the time and place at which its
regular meetings shall be held and provide for the calling and holding of special
meetings.
(2)Notice of the time and place designated for all regular meetings shall be
posted at the office of the county clerk and recorder of each of the counties
included within the authority. Such notices shall remain posted and shall be
changed in the event that the time or place of such regular meetings is changed.
(3)Special meetings of the board shall be held at the call of the chairman or
upon request of two board members. The authority shall inform all board members
five calendar days before the special meeting and shall post notice in accordance
with subsection (2) of this section at least three days before the special meeting of
