Text
The executive director of the department shall
appoint the director of the division of administration, pursuant to the provisions of
section 13 of article XII of the state constitution. Each subdivision (and section) of
the division of administration shall be under the management of a head, and such
heads and all other subordinate personnel of the division shall be appointed by the
director of the division, subject to the constitution and state personnel system laws
of the state, and shall possess qualifications approved by the board. All personnel
shall receive such compensation as fixed by the executive director with the
approval of the board, subject to the constitution and state personnel system laws
of the state and within the limits of funds made available to the department
