Text
(1)The
division has the power, upon presentation of proper credentials, to enter and
inspect at any reasonable time and in a reasonable manner any property, premise,
or place for the purpose of investigating any actual, suspected, or potential source
of water pollution, or ascertaining compliance or noncompliance with any control
regulation or any order promulgated under this article. Such entry is also authorized
for the purpose of inspecting and copying records required to be kept concerning
any effluent source.
(2)In the making of such inspections, investigations, and determinations, the
division, insofar as practicable, may designate as its authorized representatives any
qualified personnel of the department of agriculture. The division may also request
