§ 25-8-206 — Prior acts validated
(1)All acts, hearings, orders, rules,
regulations, and standards adopted by the water pollution control commission as
constituted and empowered by the laws of this state prior to July 6, 1973, which
were valid prior to said date, shall be deemed and held to be legal and valid in all
respects, as though issued by the commission under the authority of this article,
and no provision of this article shall be construed to repeal or in any way invalidate
any actions, orders, rules, regulations, or water quality standards adopted by said
commission prior to said date.
