Text
This
part 10 does not affect or supersede the protections granted to park residents
pursuant to other statutes, including article 12 of title 38. If a court determines that
a provision of this part 10 conflicts with a provision of article 12 of title 38, the court
shall apply the statute that grants the stronger protection to the park resident.
