§ 25-7-406 — Fireplace design program

The air pollution control division shall
establish a program to study the ways that differences in the structural design of
fireplaces affect emissions. The objective of this program will be to determine
those structural designs of fireplaces which effectively minimize emissions. The
division shall conduct performance tests of different fireplace designs to identify
those designs that minimize emissions.
