§ 25-7-402 — Definitions

As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise
requires:

(1) Evaluate means to review wood-burning appliances' emission levels, as
determined by an independent testing laboratory, and compare the emission levels
to the emission performance standards established by the commission under
section 25-7-403.

(2) and (3) Repealed.
