Text
(1)On or before January 1, 2025, and on or before
January 1 of each odd-numbered year thereafter, the department shall prepare a
report summarizing the progress of the grant program and submit the report to the
house of representatives education committee and energy and environment
committee and the senate education committee and transportation and energy
committee, or their successor committees. The department shall post a copy of
each report on its website.
(2)Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the reporting requirements set
forth in subsection (1) of this section continue until the grant program repeals
pursuant to section 25-7-1406.
