§ 25-7-1309 — Repeal of part
(1)This part 13 shall be repealed on the
occurrence of any one of the following events:
(a)Termination of the intergovernmental agreement by either the tribe or the
state; or
(b)Enactment of an explicit repeal by the general assembly, acting by
separate bill.

effective April 29, 2010.)
