§ 25-7-1208 — Economic or cost-effectiveness analyses not required
Notwithstanding section 25-7-110.5, the commission shall not conduct an economic
impact analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, or any other analyses required by
section 25-7-110.5 in considering a voluntary agreement or the emission limitations
contained therein.
