(1)(a) The commission shall promulgate rules to establish
the fees required under this part 11.
(b)The commission shall adjust the fees so that the revenue generated from
such fees is sufficient to cover the direct and indirect costs to implement the lead
hazard reduction program under this part 11 and part 11 of article 5 of this title.
(2)All fees collected by the division or its designee pursuant to this part 11
shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the lead
hazard reduction cash fund established pursuant to section 25-5-1106. The general
assembly shall appropriate from such fund to the department of public health and
environment sufficient moneys to implement the provisions of this part 11 and part
11 of article 5 of this title.
