§ 25-6-406 — Severability
If any provision of this part 4 or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, that invalidity does not affect
other provisions or applications of this part 4 that can be given effect without the
invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 4 are
declared to be severable.
