Text
Low-fat frozen
dairy dessert shall conform in all respects to the definition and standard of identity
for ice cream prescribed in section 25-5.5-303; except that it shall contain not less
than one and five-tenths percent nor more than one and nine-tenths percent of milk
fat and not less than twelve percent total milk-solids-non-fat and except that it
shall contain not less than one and three-tenths pounds of food solids per gallon.
