Text
(1)No person shall manufacture
for sale within this state or offer or expose for sale or have in his possession with
intent to sell or exchange any sweetened condensed milk, unless the same contains
not less than twenty-eight percent by weight of milk solids and not less than seven
and five-tenths percent butterfat, or any unsweetened condensed milk, unless the
same contains not less than seven and five-tenths percent butterfat. Nothing in this
part 1 shall be construed to prohibit the handling, manufacture, or sale of bulk
condensed or evaporated skim milk when properly tagged and labeled in
accordance with rulings of the department.
