(1)The following types of dairy
products are declared to be unsanitary: Milk drawn within eight days before or four
days after calving; milk drawn from cows that are kept in barns or stables which are
not reasonably well-lighted and well-ventilated or that are kept in barns or stables
that are filthy from an accumulation of animal feces and excreta or from any other
cause; milk which is drawn from cows which are themselves filthy or in an unhealthy
condition; milk kept or transported in dirty, rusty, or open seamed cans, tanks, or
other containers; cream produced from any such milk, or milk, cream, butter, or any
other dairy product that is stale or putrid, or milk, cream, butter, or any other dairy
product which has been exposed to foul or noxious air or gases in barns occupied
