§ 25-5-808 — Municipalities may regulate

Colorado·Title 25 Public·Art. Products Control and Safety
Any city, town, or city and county may by ordinance regulate swimming areas. Any such ordinance may include standards which are the same or more restrictive than the standards set forth in this part 8 but shall not supersede the state law except insofar as they are more restrictive than the state standards.
