Colorado Statutes
§ 25-5-807 — Injunctive relief
The operation of a swimming area in violation of
any provision of this part 8 may be restrained by the executive director of the
department of public health and environment; by any city, county, city and county,
or district health officer; or by any of their authorized agents in an action brought in
a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the Colorado rules of civil procedure.
