§ 25-5-425 — Application of part 4
The powers in this part 4 vested in the
department are declared to be cumulative and in addition to and not in exclusion
nor derogation nor limitation of the powers vested by law in the department, or in
any other department of this state, or in any board or commission established by
law, or in any law enforcement authority of this state.
