Text
The department is authorized
to confer and cooperate with the federal food and drug administration in the
enforcement of the federal act and the United States department of agriculture in
the enforcement of the Federal Meat Inspection Act, 21 U.S.C. secs. 603-623, as
amended, as they may apply to foods, drugs, devices, and cosmetics received in this
state from other states, territories, or foreign countries.
