Text
In addition to the remedies provided in this part 4, the
department is authorized to apply to the district court of the district wherein the
defendant resides or has his place of business for, and such court shall have
jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanent
injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of section 25-5-403,
irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law.
