§ 25-5-1102 — Definitions
As used in this part 11, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Child-occupied facility has the same meaning as that set forth in section
25-7-1102 (2).
(2)Department means the department of public health and environment.
(2.3) Fund means the lead hazard reduction cash fund established
pursuant to section 25-5-1106 (2).
(3)Lead-based paint has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (5).

Civil remedies and penalties
