Text
(1)It is unlawful for any person:
(a)To make a material misstatement or provide false information to the
department during an official disease investigation;
(b)To violate a provision of this part 7 or a rule promulgated pursuant to this
part 7;
(c)To aid or abet another in a violation of this part 7 or a rule promulgated
pursuant to this part 7;
(d)To refuse to permit entry or inspection in accordance with section 25-4-710.
