Text
It is lawful for any employee of the
department, any employee of any county, district, or municipal public health agency
or animal control agency authorized by the department, or any authorized official of
the United States department of agriculture when conducting an official disease
investigation of a pet animal facility to enter such facility and to inspect the same,
any animals, or any health or transaction records relating to the investigation.
