§ 25-4-613 — Liability for accident or subsequent disease from inoculation
The health departments, their assistants and employees, the department of public
health and environment, health officers, or anyone enforcing the provisions of this
part 6 shall not be held responsible for any accident or subsequent disease that
may occur in connection with the administration of this part 6.
