Text
(1)Each certificated shellfish
dealer shall keep and maintain records in the form and manner designated by the
department.
(2)Records maintained pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be
retained at the dealer's address of record for at least one year or for such different
period as the department may specify by rule.
