Text
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this part
1 or refuses to comply with any lawful order or requirement of the department of
public health and environment, duly made in writing as provided in section 25-4-109
commits a petty offense. Each day of noncompliance after the expiration of the
time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate
such conditions, as ordered by the department of public health and environment,
constitutes a separate offense.
