§ 25-4-110 — Prosecutions - disposition of fines

All fines collected under the provisions of this part 1 shall be paid to the county treasurer of the county in which the prosecution is brought, and it is the duty of the district attorneys in the respective counties to prosecute all persons violating or refusing to obey the provisions of this part 1.
