Beginning January 1,
2022, and each January 1 thereafter, the department shall submit a report on the
statewide use of ketamine by emergency medical service providers and any
complications that arise out of such use to the house of representatives judiciary
committee, the house of representatives public and behavioral health and human
services committee, the senate health and human services committee, and the
senate judiciary committee, or their successor committees. The department shall
make the report publicly available on the department's website.
