Text
As used in this part 10, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Division means the division within the department of public health and
environment responsible for prevention services.
(2)Retail marijuana means marijuana that is legal for adults to purchase
and use pursuant to section 16 of article XVIII of the state constitution.
