§ 25-3-310 — Rules and regulations
(1)When such hospital is established, the
physicians, nurses, attendants, persons sick therein, and persons approaching or
coming within the limits of same and all buildings and grounds of such hospital and
all furniture and other articles used or brought there shall be subject to such rules
and regulations as said public hospital board may prescribe.
(2)Said public hospital board may exclude from the use of such hospital any
inhabitants and persons who willfully violate such rules and regulations. The board
may extend the privileges and use of such hospital to persons residing outside of
such county upon such terms and conditions as said board may from time to time by
its rules and regulations prescribe.
