Text
In
addition to the powers specified in section 25-3-304, the board of trustees of a
county public hospital may enter into a collaborative agreement with another
county public hospital; a health service district; a hospital affiliate; or a private,
nonprofit hospital in accordance with section 25.5-1-1001.
