Text
An unincorporated association
organized and existing for the purpose of providing hospital services for its
members shall be governed, managed, and controlled by a board of trustees
selected in accordance with the provisions of the state constitution and bylaws of
such association. Such board of trustees shall have the right to acquire, own, and
hold, in the name of such association or in the name of persons who hold title in
trust for said association, real property devoted to or connected with hospital
purposes and to operate and manage the same in accordance with the laws of this
state, and such board of trustees shall have the power and right from time to time
to sell, convey, lease, or otherwise dispose of such property, including any hospital
building of such association, w
