Text
The authority shall be
exempt from any general ad valorem taxes upon any property of the authority
acquired and used for its public purposes. The authority may enter into agreements
to pay annual sums in lieu of taxes to any county, municipality, or other taxing
entity with respect to any real property which is owned by the authority and is
located in such county, municipality, or other taxing entity.
