Text
(1)All meetings of the board of
directors of the authority shall be subject to the provisions of section 24-6-402,
C.R.S. No business of the board of directors shall be transacted except at a regular
or special meeting at which a quorum consisting of at least a majority of the total
membership of the board is present. Any action of the board shall require the
affirmative vote of a majority of the total membership of the board.
(2)The board may elect to hold an executive session for the consideration of
any documents or data protected from disclosure pursuant to section 25-29-109.
