Text
As used in this article 20.5, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Department means the department of public health and environment,
created pursuant to section 25-1-102.
(2)Division means the prevention services division created in section 25-20.5-103.
(3)Executive director means the executive director of the department of
public health and environment.
(4)Prevention, intervention, and treatment program means a program that
provides prevention, intervention, or treatment services.
(5)Prevention, intervention, and treatment services means services that
are designed to promote the well-being of youth and their families by decreasing
high-risk behaviors, strengthening healthy behaviors, and promoting family
stability.
(6)Repealed.
