Text
Each county clerk and recorder shall
prepare a report containing such information and using such form as may be
prescribed and furnished by the state registrar with respect to every duly executed
marriage certificate that is returned in accordance with section 14-2-109, C.R.S. On
or before the tenth day of each month, or more frequently if so requested by the
state registrar, such clerk and recorder shall forward to the state registrar all such
marriage reports for all marriage certificates returned in the preceding period.
Certified copies of marriage certificates may be issued by any clerk and recorder.
