§ 25-2-104 — Registration of vital statistics

Text
Promptly upon receipt of each
vital statistics report or certificate, the state registrar shall examine it to determine
that it has been properly completed. If the report has been properly completed, the
state registrar shall register the statistical event described therein and shall note
the date the report has been accepted as having been properly completed and shall
place the same, or a reproduction thereof, made in accordance with section 25-2-117 (3), in the permanent files of the office. If not properly completed, the state
registrar shall take such action with respect thereto as may be required by
applicable regulations.
