Text
If a retailer or other
facility serving as a postconsumer architectural paint collection site would not
otherwise be required to obtain a certificate of designation as a solid wastes
disposal site and facility pursuant to section 30-20-102, C.R.S., then the retailer or
other facility need not obtain a certificate of designation.
